Krakow is the second largest city of Poland that attracts thousands of tourists from all over the world. In no time Krakow became one of the most exciting cities in Europe and has countless programs and activities during the whole year.
In 2015 Krakow hosts several cultural festivals including the classical music, film and photography as well as the famous international Festival of Jewish Culture. This year the festival will take place between 26th June and 5th July and it will be the 25th anniversary of the festival.
Other awaited festivals in Krakow are the Krakow Film Festival, International Soup Festival and Tolerance Festival which focuses on the rights of gay people. The Krakow Film Festival will be held in May and June and the festival mostly concentrates on short films and animated movies.
Apart from the festivals there will be different concerts in Krakow as well. The city will host some of the most popular and known artists performances such as Katy Perry, Sting, Paul Simon, Robbie Williams, Andre Rieu and so on. Katy Perry will be on stage in Krakow in the end of February, Sting in March and the Robbie Williams concert will be in the middle of April in 2015. When the weather gets cold and chilly again and it is close to Christmas again in the city the different Christmas markets will appear again. Traditionally the Christmas markets in Krakow and in Poland in general start in the last weeks of November and they last until the end of December every year.
