On the ninth day of May in 2024, 30 Seconds to Mars is coming to Poland to perform in the beautiful city of Krakow. This is a fantastic opportunity to experience Polish spring, delicious goat cheese, strong vodka, and 30 Seconds to Mars during the same trip!

30 Seconds to Mars has a busy spring in 2024 as the band will tour large parts of Europe and visit large and small cities such as Oslo, London, Krakow, Bratislava, Vienna, München, and many others. The highlight is, of course, the concert in Krakow and we hope you will come to the city to listen to the band and to see the beauties of the city at the same time.

Do not forget that if you come to Krakow, you should also add some additional days so that you can visit the Salt Mines and Auschwitz besides everything the inner city of Krakow has to offer.

Did you know that the Polish people love Kelly Family, and the Kelly Family seems to love their fans in Poland and in Krakow? They are almost returning like as if was their second home, and while most other countries in Europe have to be without the Kelly Family, Poland seems to be lucky again!

On Valentine’s day in 2020, The Kelly Family will come to Tauron Arena in Krakow, and it will be a part of the Over The Hump 25 year anniversary. The concert will start at 20.00 and it will be crowded once again when this cool family comes to town. Some people are sad about how Paddy Kelly isn’t a part of the tour, but still, it will for sure be a great experience for all the fans. If you wonder what it is like to be at a Kelly Family concert nowadays, take a look at the following YouTube video showing the full concert of Kelly Family in Krakow in 2018.

Before the Kelly Family comes to Krakow, they will perform all across Germany. They will also perform in Prague in the Czech Republic, but besides that, it is mostly Germany all the time. In other words, you better use this chance if you want to listen to and see The Kelly Family outside Germany!

“Hey! How is it best to go from city center to Tauron Arena? Thank you!” We just received this question on Facebook, but instead of answering it there, we decided to create an article so anyone interested in the topic will find the answer!

Tauron Arena is a very popular concert venue in Krakow, and it is located almost 5km from the city center of Krakow, the main market square. If you walk at a nice pace, you could get there in less than an hour, but if you are going to a concert, you probably want to save your energy for the concert itself.

Travel by a taxi to the Tauron Arena

It is very easy to understand that the most convenient way of getting to the Tauron Arena from the city-center is by using a taxi. The prices will differ, so we cannot tell you how much it will cost, nor should cost. But, book the taxi from your hotel or restaurant, and you should get a fairly good price.

Travel to the Tauron Arena using public transportation

If the public transportation works well in a city, that is the cheapest and easiest way to get an area. And, if you want to travel on a budget from the city center to the Tauron Arena, the tram is the best solution.

Tram line number 1 is the perfect solution. It starts from the Salwator, touches the Filharmonia (which is by the old town), and travels on not so far from the Wavel castle, and then leaves the city center heading towards the Nowa Huta area. On the way, you will pass by the Krakow Gallery Plaza and a Decathlon store, and once you are there, it is time to leave the tram. It will not stop just in front of the Tauron Arena, so you will need to walk a little bit to get to the venue itself. Walk along the Stanislawa Lema, and you will see the Tauron Arena on your right-hand side within shortly.

The tram operates between 4.30 in the morning and 24.00 in the evening.

It is always nice to have a phone with a GPS and Google Maps included, in case you should get into trouble. You can also ask the friendly citizens of Krakow for help if you need it. If they speak English, they are normally glad to help you out.
