ACDC Warsaw Poland 2010
We are a Krakow Guide, but when big events take place in other cities we like to inform our visitors about it. And in 2010 a big, big event will take place in Warsaw at the Bemowo Airport. Santa Claus is not coming to town, but AC/DC is coming to town and this will be the event of the year in the capital of Poland, Warsaw. So, if you would like to be there as AC/DC rock the stage, then you better buy your tickets soon, because they are expected to be sold out very fast. The concert will take place May 27 and it will start around 15.00.

Editors Krakow
Editors are a British indie rock band that was formed in 2002 and it is based in Birmingham. Editors has been known under several other names such as Pilot, The Pride and Snowfield. Now the band which consists of Tom Smith, Chris Urbanowicz, Russell Leetch and Ed Lay is coming to Krakow, and they will perform there in the Klub Studio November 25.

Yann Iversen, or Guillaume Yann Tiersen which is his full name, is a great musician who plays several instruments. Normally he prefers the piano though. November 29 Yann Iversen will come to Krakow, and he will perform there in the Klub Studio.

Guillaume Yann Tiersen (born 23 June 1970) is a French musician and composer known internationally for composing the score to the Jean-Pierre Jeunet movie Amélie. His music is recognized by its use of a large variety of instruments in relatively minimalist compositions, often with a touch of either European classical music or French folk music, using primarily the piano, accordion or violin together with instruments like the melodica, xylophone, toy piano, ondes martenot, harpsichord and typewriter. His musical style is reminiscent of Frédéric Chopin, Erik Satie, Philip Glass and Michael Nyman.
Paradise Lost will perform in Krakow December 2 in the Klub Studio. The concert starts at 20.00.
